2025 KCIS Beitou Study: Winter G7 Cultural and Ecological Trip
G7 students joined the 2025 KCIS Beitou Study program recently. They used their five senses to explore local culture. Students filmed creative Vlogs to document their unique journey in Beitou.
The“Beitou Field Study Program”designed for G7 students brings Chinese five-sense writing and natural ecology observation out of the classroom and into real life. Amidst mountains, neighborhood streets, and the warm mist of hot springs, students learn by feeling with their bodies, discovering with their eyes, and understanding with their hearts—transforming learning into an authentic and meaningful journey.
On the day of the program, students became cultural explorers and aesthetic vloggers, traveling through Beitou’s iconic landmarks. Using their senses—sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch—they carefully experienced the district’s rich cultural atmosphere and natural energy. In addition to sensory exploration, students worked in teams to film Vlogs, document local features, and share their unique observations. Through creative storytelling and playful editing, they showcased Beitou in a fresh, youthful, and vibrant way!
