Mental Health 2024 Fall: Live Library Lectures
Four students from Grades 10 and 11 led live library lectures on mental health, sharing practical tips, fun quizzes, and bead-making activities to promote inner peace and better concentration.
This semester’s series of live library lectures will be led by four students from Grade 10 and 11 to learn about mental health.
Through the Siesta group founded by students, more people can understand the impact and importance of mental health.
During the event, everyone shared simple and practical mental health tips to help everyone find inner peace in their busy lives.
In addition to arranging interesting quizzes with prizes, students also invited everyone to make handmade beads at the end, allowing everyone to learn to relax their minds and improve concentration in the process.
